Okay... Adult magic does suck. Its CGI all the way.
I was too quick to post though. By the end, all satire & symbolisn faded. I was just a kid lost in an adventure. What if it really could happen...?
Maybe magic is more about where you start, & less about how the 'real' world fails.

Maybe I am a cynic...
I just think that I've loved before. I do give my all every time & I get crushed sometimes. Each time though, I recover.
I don't know about 'True Love'. I think it's more a matter of timing...
Sometimes I'm terrified by the idea that after every heart-break, there's a tiny piece I just don't get back. How long before what's left isn't enough?
Is that cynicism?
My simplistic view sounds like it, I grant. I just think that 'the one' concept is too easy...a pitfall...
It's this idea that means you never have to try... He's not 'the one' it requires work...
The test I took on OK! Cupid says I'm 58% optimistic... Hehe
